Step for usage:
1.Frist tear the template and paste the template to you preferred location
2.Apply the glue on the blank
3.Let the glue dry until it is almost clear then remove the stencil
4.Use a small little brush ,apply the glitter generously over where you place the glue Use a big brush to remove the extra glitter
