FAQ

1)  How to wear the earpiece?

Clean and dry your ears thoroughly right before use.

Wear the loop set and connect to devices correctly, turn the cell phone volume down.

Put your ear  to the sky. Carefully release the earpiece, let it fall into your ear canal. 

2) How to take the earpiece out?

Take the earpiece out with the magnet

3) Does the earpiece itself require any power?

The earpiece itself does not require power. but the loop transmitter

needs two  9V batteries. Remove batteries when earpiece is not in

use to avoid battery drain

4) How is the sound quality when it's in my ear?

The sound is crystal clear because the system does not product any background noise. If you

hear any abnormal noises, check your mobile phone and jack connection

5) Can I listen to music with the invisible earpiece?

Music requires a high fidelity earphone. It's not suggested to use the earpiece for listening to music
