✅Where should the detector be installed:
★1.Determine the gas to be detected is lighter or heavier than air. Gas that is heavier than air: liquefied petroleum gas, etc. Gas that is lighter than air: natural gas, artificial gas, biogas, etc.
★2. When detecting gas heavier than air: Install the gas alarm detector 0.3 m above the ground, within 1.5 m from the air source radius.
★3. When detecting gas lighter than air: Install natural gas alarm detector 0.3-1.0 m below the ceiling and within 1.5 m from the air source radius.
✅Where the detector should not be installed:
In an enclosed space(e.g in a cupboard or behind a curtain);
Directly above a sink;
Next to a door or window;
Next to an extractor fan;
In an area where the temperature may drop below -10°C or exceed 40°C;
where dirt and dust may block the sensor;
In a damp or humid location.

Keep it away from dust.
