All of our ingredients are Keto Approved. If you're looking for a low carb milk alternative, we love unsweetened nut milks (almond, cashew, macadamia). For a higher fat option, add a dash of heavy cream or a spoonful of peanut butter. We also like to snack on our cereal dry! One bag = one bowl of cereal (3/4 cup) with 16g protein, 1g total carbs,and 0 sugar. It breaks down to roughly the cost of a protein bar with similar nutritionals, but instead you get to have cereal back (plus it's actually filling!).Â
We're proud to have eliminated sugar and starches from our cereal, but premium ingredients simply cost more than sugar and flour (two of the cheapest ingredients on the market). That being said, one bag of our cereal breaks down to the cost of a protein bar with similar nutritionals.
