How to use our basket set?

1. Make dough
2. Spray basket with water and coat with rice flour
3. Place the desired pattern inside basket face up (or keep built-in pattern), spray with water and flour. Or use liner to avoid pattern - your choice!
4. Place the dough into the basket and wait until it doubles it's size
5. After the dough has risen, gently transfer it to a baking product for oven
6.Remove wooden pattern if used one!
7. Score around the pattern to ensure the design is not flattened during baking!
8. Put into the oven. Happy baking!
