Easy-to-follow instructions for Gads Inflatable Punching Bag

Step 1: Open the cover and inject water, sand or dried rice inside to make the bag more heavy.

Step 2: Add an appropriate amount so the punching bag stand correctly (at least 7 kg).

Step 3: Cover the inner plug and the outer cover.

Step 4: One side of the pipe connects with the inflator and the other side connects to the inflatable head.

Step 5: Insert the nozzle into the air inlet of the bag and step on the air pump evenly. After filling the target stand, pull out the nozzle and quickly plug the air lock.

Step 6: Make sure the plug is tight and secure to prevent any leaks.
