Q: How to connect both earbuds to your phones?

A: For initial use, open the charging case and take out the earbuds,they will automatically power on and pair to each other. (Voice Notice: Power on --->TWS Connected) ; Open cellphone bluetooth and set it as open detection, when "G11-JL" appears in available devices, press to connect. The LED flash in Blue continuously. (Voice Notice: Connected)

Q: How to reset the earbuds?

A: Turn off the bluetooth and both earbuds, put both earbuds close and press and hold the both function button for 10s, release it after the LED of the earbuds flashes once in red. Power on the earbuds manufally,they will enter auto-pairing mode( right earbud flashes in red and blue,LED of left earbuds off.) Then default setting recovery is completed after pairing.
