STEPS FOR USING:
1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut on the top and open the round wooden lid.
2. Put peppercorns or other seasonings into the mill.
3. Replace the oak top cover back on the right place and screw the top nut. Turn the nut clockwise for a fine grind, the counterclockwise for coarse grind.
4. Rotating the top cover by clockwise, and seasonings power will come out from the bottom.

TIPS FOR OPERATION:

To Refill:
Unscrew and remove the stainless steel top nut. Lift off the top cover, refill in peppercorns or sea salt.

To Adjust:
For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise. For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise.

To Operate:
Turn the top clockwise. Do not turn back and forth.

To Clean:
Wipe with a dampened cloth or paper towel. Do not immerse in water.

Please note that Salt and Peppercorns are not included.
Please do not screw the nut too tight to avoid damaging the abrasive core.
