What makes the Monkey Light NLX1 great?
- The NLX1 is a bicycle light that mounts to your bike spokes near the tire. It provides critical side visibility so you can be seen at night.
- Each NLX1 (one bike light per order) has 40 bright LEDs which is way more than other lights on the market.
- You can choose from 6 different colors for your bike wheel. You can customize your wheel and your bike with the look you want.

- All Monkey Lights are put through rigorous tests: under water, in ice, and on our vibration test fixture to make sure that they'll handle your bike riding adventures.
- The NLX1 fits on bike wheel spokes 16" and larger. This means they will fit on many kids bikes, folding bikes, mountain bikes, beach cruisers, 29ers, fat bikes, recumbent tricycles, and E-bikes. If you have an electric bike with a large hub motor, the NLX1 should fit also: just double-up on cable ties when you attach the battery.
- The NLX1 will also fit on many jogging strollers and manual wheelchairs. Note: They may not fit on power wheelchair wheels, mag wheels, or knee scooters.
- You can also attach the NLX1 to your bike frame or anywhere else where you want to add portable color to your environment.
- Installation is easy: Attach the battery pack to the hub using the included cable ties. Then attach the controller module. Then wrap the string of LEDs around every other spoke, near the rim of your bicycle wheel. See our installation video for an easy explanation!
