This I-beam track and trolley set is a 6-foot long section of 3 in. I-Beam S3 x 5.7 with an Ultimation 1,000 pound capacity I-Beam trolley. The S3 I-beam is a 3â€³ tall I beamASTM A36 grade material (see graphics for sizes and material properties). A36 grade material is an intermediate tensile strength of carbon steel. Used for simple conveyor tracks and push trolley systems with chain hoists. When used with Ultimation 1,000 pound beam trolley model 10705 the maximum load is 1,000 pounds. The weight of the beam is 5.7 pounds per foot. This I-beam track and trolley set section is ready to mount and can be located in a place with welded or clamped attaching systems. Use Ultimation steel I-beam sections with Ultimation hand push I-beam conveyor trolleys to create simple conveyor systems. Add more trolleys and straight and curved track as required to create simple hand push conveyor systems.

I-beam trolley, model #10705, has a heavy-duty 1/2-ton capacity and four wheels that adapts to 3″, 4”, and 6” tall I-beams. Also sold separately.
Side guide rollers are standard on this product, meaning it will roll more smoothly and can negotiate curves.
Other standard features of this I beam trolley include side guide rollers to prevent unnecessary wear on track and trolley, extended flanges, and a rugged cast iron body construction.
Wheels are bolted for easy replacement.
