NOTE: There seems to be some confusion among the social media networks that state fake vs real sea moss. Keep in mind that there are several commercially available species. They are ALL real. Northern Temperate cold water species and Tropical warmer water species. When dried, they look different and may take different lengths of time to create that awesome gel.
