FAQ for possible solutions to common issues: Adaptor Issues: If using the Adaptor please make sure you have lined up the Logo on both the cable & the Adaptor/or flip it over(See 7th picture in listing for a detailed view). Make sure the adaptor is plugged into a USB 3.0 Blue/Red Port. It's common for Front USB Ports to show blue but actually be only USB 2.0 Speed. Plug in the back of the case if the front ports don't work. Issues with the software: Make sure the PTC(Public Test Channel) is disabled/Opted out/turned off in anything before version 12. Make sure you have version 1.43 or 1.44 or above of Oculus Home. If you have V12 or above then you may need to turn PTC ON. If your USB-C Port doesn't work then use the Adaptor. With the setup above you get USB 3.0 speed of 5GB/s bandwidth which is more than the Quest can handle & you will not experience any lag due to using the Adaptor.
