Each capsule of NutraBio's Yohimbe Extract contains 100mg of high grade yohimbe bark extract, standardized to 4% Yohimbine Alkaloids, with a guaranteed potency of 4 mg of "Yohimbine." Yohimbine is the therapeutic active component of yohimbe that gives you all the benefit. The problem with yohimbe is that it only contains fractional amounts of yohimbine, meaning many yohimbe products on the market are completely ineffective. To be effective the yohimbine must be extracted out of the yohimbe. Only standardized herbs deliver a quantified and measurable level of this targeted active ingredient in every serving. Not all yohimbe supplements are effective. Don't be fooled by other brands that quote dosages of 500 mg or even 2000 mg. These numbers mean absolutely nothing unless the label quotes the percentage of beneficial active component; yohimbine alkaloid.
