Characteristics

Operating:
Step 1: Wash the jar and its lid with warm water.
Step 2: Mix whole milk and fermentation broth and pour into a jar.
Step 3: Add water to the fermenter bowl and cover the lid.
Step 4: Select temperature and time
Step 5: Wait for the fermentation to complete.
Step 6: Keep cool in the refrigerator (no more than 7 days)

Note:
1. It is recommended to make yogurt with whole milk. The less fat in the milk, the thinner the consistency of the yogurt.
2. Time depends on the determined temperature and the milk of your choice. Non-fat milk will take longer than the whole milk.
3. Disconnect after each use and do not clean the machine until the machine has cooled down.
4. Please wash before the first use, otherwise you may smell a special smell.
5. Do not use banana oil, oil, detergent, hard brush or steel ball to clean. 1 x yogurt machine.
