1. This laser engraver is NOT compatible with IOS systems; Offline operation is not supported，Shenzhouyike Software included, which is fully compatible with Core Laser & Laser Draw.

2. The laser tube, power supply, and the reflectors/mirrors and focus lens are all tear and wear parts, whose service life would vary significantly based on usage frequency and usage habits, especially for the laser tube, which would diminish slowly in service life over time even if it is not being used. We offer a 6-month warranty for all the parts mentioned above from the date of purchase, we will try our best to make you satisfied with any problem or concern within the warranty period.
