Before using popcorn maker for the first time, We recommend you clean the unit following the instructions under care and cleaning.
1.Do not touch the popcorn maker cover during or immediately after operation. The unit will be extremely hot.
2. Do not operate the popcorn maker for more than 5 minutes at a time. Allow a 10 minutes break between cooking a second cycle of popped corn. This will allow the units motor to cool down.
Note:
1. Please do not add any ingredients in popper chamber to pop corns, which may result short circuit.
2.Please use fresh and dry kernels instead of stale and wet ones, otherwise it is possible that some kernels will not popped or need a longer time to pop. It will be better to buy kernels from local supermarkets or groceries rather than online stores.
3.Make sure the power is 120V/60Hz, or it need a longer time to pop.
4.One year warranty is offered for any defective item. If you have any problem, please contact us for help or a replacement.
