DIRECTIONS

1. Shut off fryer, drain used oil, fill with water
2. Add Magiclean Fryer Cleaner as per dosage chart
3. DO NOT TURN THE FRYER ON, DO NOT HARD BOIL. 
4. Leave to soak for 30 Minutes or longer if heavy buildup
5. Use a brush to clean the heating elements
6. Drain the solution from the fryer
7. Rinse with clean water, drain and rinse again
8. Wipe to dry the fryer, and refill with fresh oil
