Use methods and precautions:
1. Keep relaxed before measuring and sit down quietly for a moment.
2. Extend the cuff loop and put your arm through the cuff loop.
3. Palms up, keep the intake pipe and the arteries paralleled.
4. The bottom edge of the cuff should be 2 to 3 cm above the elbow.
5. Warp the cuff tightly and close the fabric fastener firmly. Keep a finger gap between cuff and arm.
6. Keep the arm cuff paralleled to the heart and palms up.
7. Keep relaxed and select user ID (1 or 2). Then press the START/STOP button and start measuring.
8. The measurement value includes systolic and diastolic pressure, pulse rate will be displayed within 60 seconds.
