WEARING STEPS: 

Step-1: Wipe the breasts with warm towel. Wipe all oil, dirt even sweat on body. 

Step-2: Put the nipple cover onto the nipple softly, making the outer edge of which be stuck to the skin. 

Step-3: With the upper body leaning forward, attach the chest to the chest and flatten the edges.

Step-4: Wear clothing and complete.Please Note: 

After each use, simply rinse the silicone pasties with warm water below 30 ℃ and mild soap, then air dry.

 Do not expose it to sun, air dry in the shade. 

If the breast is inflamed or damaged, it is best not to use the nipple covers  temporarily.

Unsuitable for breast-feeding women. 

Sweat and high temperature may affect the stickiness of silicone.

The nippleless covers may not provide enough adhesion and support for larger breasts (DD-cup or larger).
