How to use our Banneton Basket set?
1. Make dough
2. Spray basket with water and dust flour
3. Put the dough into basket and spray with flour onto the dough again.
4. Cover the dough with liner cloth to maintain the temperature
5. After the sourdough has risen, gently transfer it to a baking plate for oven
6. Score around the pattern to ensure the design is not flattened during baking!
7. Make your desired artisan pattern by your bread lame.
8. Put the sourdough into the oven.
NOTE: Don't put basket into oven!
