User Instructions:
Place the food inside the bag.
Lay the bag flat down and use the clip to zip closed.
Use the Pump on the air valve until the bag suctions tightly around the food - approx. 15-30 seconds.
Begin sous vide cooking or store food in the fridge, freezer or pantry.

Attention:
do not tear off the air valve on the upper right of the bag.

Washing Instruction:
the vacuum food storage bags are easy to clean with soap, vinegar, and warm water then store it in a clean and dry place.
