The Garmin vivoactive3 Music is a smart training watch for outdoor navigation. It uses the ConnectIQ platform for specialized software so it is easy to personalize the watch with apps, widgets, data fields and unique watch faces that make the smartwatch even smarter. This smartwatch can download up to 500 songs and can be connected to Bluetooth headphones for phone-free listening. It comes equipped with GPS and more than 15 preloaded sports apps, including yoga, running, swimming, strength training and more. The vivoactive3-Music keeps track of fitness levels using fitness age estimates, and also keeps an eye on how you handle stress. 

The vivoactive3 Music has VO2 max estimator, which when used with a heart rate monitor shows your running speed, beats per minute and heart rate variability to estimate the maximum volume of oxygen you can consume per minute. The watch is safe for swimming and showering, so feel free to take this watch outside in all kinds of weather.
