Current convection ovens don't come with a cookbook or owner's manual; just an installation guide and web address. Although the owner's manual is available online, no cookbooks are. This great cookbook provides a lot of good recipes and information on how to cook them on an standard convection oven! Additional tips plus the beautiful heavyweight glossy pages with full-color pictures make this book a great value.
