Bok Choy is often used in Asian cooking. You will find it in stir-fry and in soup. It is also great steamed or in salads. It is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It does great in the spring, but this seed can be sown in late summer for a late fall or early winter crop. If you are planning on growing it year after year, the crop will need to be rotated every three years.
