This most traditional of English puddings is made in Tiptree from the highest quality ingredients including French brandy and Tawny Marmalade. Each pudding is hand filled in an earthenware basin, covered with a tie-on cloth and cellophane wrapped before being placed in a rigid box ready for steaming or microwave cooking. Tiptree puddings will taste better if steamed, if you choose to use the microwave oven juts be careful not to over-cook. Christmas lunch is the most important meal of the year - be sure to finish it in style!
