Andy Schleck of Luxembourg took a strong solo victory in the Liege-Bastogne-Liege Classic. Second behind the SaxoBank rider was Spaniard Joaquim Rodriguez and third was Italian Davide Rebellin. The 23-year-old Schleck, fourth last year, broke away with 20 kms to go on the Cote de Roche aux Faucons climb for a lone victory.
