Red Giant Mustard is one of the most delicious ëgreensí available. Quite different than American mustards, this Asian treat has a unique, spicy flavor. Its young leaves are excellent mixed in salads, used straight as its own salad, wrapped in prosciutto, steamed and tossed with sesame oil and soy sauce, or stir-fried with ginger, bok choy, snow peas, or chicken. And, its roots are also edible! Both cold and bolt tolerant, you will have a long growing season with this variety.
