Product Review
Grow a garden filled with Evening Primrose, from freshly harvested Oenothera biennis flower seeds. Evening Primrose is native to almost every state in America. The plants themselves reach a mature height of roughly 36 to 72 inches tall, displaying bright yellow flowers. The blooms range in size from 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter, and are made up of 4 primary petals. The centers of Pale Evening Primrose, also known as the stigmas & stamens are yellow. The stems are slender and smooth and it's leaves are also smaller, yet attractive. Evening Primrose can be rather invasive, spreading through various spots in the garden from seeds or runners. Categorized as a biennial flowering plant, the Evening Primrose will establish a deep root system the first year of growth. It then uses this root system to regrow the following year, even after all plant life on the surface has wilted due to frost. Biennials have a two year lifespan, but again, Evening Primrose is also known to regrow itself through self seeding at the end of each season.
