This pan is designed with a non-stick, easy release for ease in baking and cleaning. The loaf pan measures 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 by 2-3/4-Inch. Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. Oven safe to 450°F / 232°C; not intended to be used under the broiler. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used.
