Our Buckwheat honey is thick and dark. I took the photo on a bright sunny day with the sun streaming through the bottle. See for yourself how dark the honey is. This honey is rich in antioxidants. It is great for boosting the immune system and mitigating colds and coughs. Try it for your arthritis, maybe some of your aches and pains will melt away! Buckwheat honey will granulate quickly. We could heat this honey to minimize granulation, but this would compromise the honey's flavor and, more importantly, its healthful benefits.
