The OvisLink Call Center Headset Training adapter model OVT-12 is designed for use with OvisLink headsets and compatible telephones. It connects two headsets to a telephone at the same time. Each of the connected headsets can listen and talk. The trainer may mute anyone of the connected headsets anytime.

This OvisLink training adapter is compatible with all the OvisLink headset models which have RJ9 connector. Before use the training adapter, connect the headset directly to the phone; make sure the headset is compatible with your phone. If the headset can't work with the phone directly, the training adapter doesn't work. For example, you can't use a Cisco phone headset and the training adapter with an Avaya phone.

The OVT-12 OvisLink training adapter is also compatible with other headsets with RJ9 connector if the headset can work directly connected to the phone.

The OVT-12 comes with a RJ9 to 2.5mm cord. With this cord, you may use OvisLink Polycom headsets with telephones have 2.5mm headset jack, like Cisco SPA 504G, SPA303 phone, Polycom SoundPoint IP 321. *** In order to have the training adapter work with phones with 2.5mm headset jack, the headset alone must be compatible with Polycom phones with RJ9 headset jack.***
