The OVHS072-PSR OvisLink single ear corded call center headset is designed for Polycom IP phones with RJ9 headset jack. The headset comes with a RJ9 Quick Disconnect cord that connects the headset to Polycom IP phone's RJ9 headset jack directly. No need any additional adapter.
