Created in 1990 by brother and sister Cecilia and Alessio Tessieri, Amedei produces some of the best chocolate in the world. The "Tuscan Blacks" are proprietary blends of different cocoa beans from plantations exclusively selected by Amedei. The 66% fondant bar is not too sweet, and not too dark. Perfect for those people who like dark chocolate that isn't too dark. Creamy with a natural sweetness for a chocolate with 66% cocoa, this might just be the best chocolate that you've had in your life. Pairs well with whatever red wine is left in your glass.
