Neiko Tools #30 double sided drill bits are made for the needs of machinist and production work. With two ends, these bits will last twice as long before they need to be resharpened. Made with M35 cobalt high speed steel, these bits are not only extra strong but heat and wear resistant. Cobalt steel also makes these bits more versatile, they are suitable for drilling through carbon steels, alloys, sheet metal, wood, plastic, PVC, drywall, composition board, and more. With a 135 degree split tip, they are more efficient than standard twist bits for penetrating sheet metal, last six times as long. The split tipped end is also more balanced providing a true start and allowing the bit to auto-center while drilling.
