It will burn itself out when using standard tea lights.This candle holder is made of Capiz, which is the outer shell of a marine mollusk with the scientific name Placuna Placenta, also known as the windowpane oyster. They can be gound in abundance in the shallow coastal waters of the Phillipines.To clean the holder, just wipe it with a damp cloth.Each candle holder has a diameter of approximately 13.5 cm (5.5 inch) and weighs approximately 50 grams (100 grams including packaging).Product does not include the actual candle/tealight.
