If you want a clean countertop overhang with no expensive corbels to bang your knees on, then the Stealth Speed Brace is more than up to the job. Made of thick 3/16" powder-coated steel, each brace can support up to 300 lbs. Just rout a recess into the top of the cabinet and screw it in place - it's nearly invisible once installed. Go ahead and sit on the overhang, it will not sag.
