Made of thick 1/4" steel with a coat of gray primer so you can paint them to match your woodwork or countertop. Each brace can support up to 300 lbs. Just rout a recess into the top of the cabinet and screw it in place - it's nearly invisible once installed. Go ahead and sit on the overhang, it will not sag.
