This gel pad set is very popular among dancers! This set includes 2 - 1/8" thick pads, for the left foot only. Note: If placing pad directly into shoe, you will want the opposite foot pad (ie. left foot pad for right shoe, right foot pad for left shoe). Position the pad on the ball of foot under the affected metatarsal with the cutout opening towards the inside of your foot. These pads aide in pressure reduction of the big toe and metatarsal head while relieving tenderness and pain. The soft gel pad will provide long lasting support in any style of footwear.
