This set includes 2qty - 1/8 thick foot pads for the *right foot only. Position the pad on the ball of foot under the affected metatarsal with the cutout opening towards the inside of your foot. These pads aide in pressure reduction of the big toe and metatarsal head while relieving tenderness and pain. The soft gel pad will provide long lasting support in any style of footwear. Easy to clean, these reusable pads are the perfect addition for those on the go!
