The Borner Food Safety Holder is provided with all original Borner V-slicers, and is purchased as an accessory with Borner graters. It fits easily and securely into the hand to protect fingers from the sharp Borner blades. The Holder's inner prongs hold the food being cut with the slicing or grating tools, and enable the quick processing of fruits and vegetables with very little waste. To clean, just rinse briefly under running water.
