Originally developed for growing in greenhouses, this open-pollinated variety is now a favorite of home gardeners for the long, thin-skinned fruits that add a cool, mild flavor and a snappy crunch to salads and sandwiches. Great for snacking too. Just like the ones found at the grocery store but much fresher because they come straight from your garden. Cucumbers develop best when grown on a trellis and get regular moisture while fruits are forming.
