When he accepted the seven figure pay out, John Rain thought that it would be an easy one. He underestimated his target's superior ability to create a rampage. A senator from the Philippines and a strong contender for the revered title of President, Rain's main target has a wide array of connections, ranging from the United States to South East Asia. Rain's failed attempt at his target's life in San Francisco, California prompts him to go to Manila to finish the job.
