Exercise and have fun. Volume One is about movement and play, along with rest and relaxation. Children train their balance, concentration and flexibility in imaginative yoga exercises such as the dog, the cat and the warrior! The exercises are tailored to children ages 8 to 12, but younger children can do the exercises too. The primary aim is to have fun and preferably activate all the senses. Volume Two introduces yoga instructor Tiffany Belzer and her family and friends, as she leads you through a playful and challenging yoga sequence for all. This program includes one segment for younger children and one segment for older children. Featuring music by MC Yogi. Together, the DVDs help train both mind and body. Namaste!
