Flying Lucky 5 is a compilation of ninety-six true stories of naval aviators in peril who got lucky, beat the odds, and lived to tell the tale. They are gleaned from the monthly U.S. Navy publication Naval Aviation News from 1965 through 1968. This is the fifth volume in a series, with follow-ons covering the remaining 1960s, 1970s, etc. A glossary of aviation terms is included at the end.
