Made by Mure & Peyrot in France, the Longuet bread scoring lame sports a straight-edge blade and an easy-to-hold ergonomic handle. The blade has numbered angles that can be alternated once they are worn. To change the blade, gently push forward until the plastic protection detaches from the blade.
