CM07C David Plumpton presents "Christmas Modern Melodies for Ballet Class" in this mix of unrepeated standard holiday carols and seldom heard favorites. This CD is certainly different from the other Christmas ballet class recordings because of the wide mix of different music. There are lots of wonderful upbeat melodies coupled with rich warm adagios. David switches from melodies of present day celebrations to songs from holidays past keeping the listener and dancer guessing where they heard that song or remembering great times past. Like all of David's recordings, his playing fills you with inspiration and makes you want to dance.
