Native host plant for Monarch Butterflies that will regrow each spring after sowing from seed. Deep tap roots make this a good drought tolerant plant to grow in zones 3 - 9. The seeds are fresh for the current year and will require 30 days in a small airtight container in the fridge in damp growing medium or damp paper towel.
