These replacement XB1 thumb sticks will do the trick and get you back to your game or make your Game controller unique. Just take apart your PS4 Controller and replace the thumb sticks. How to Open your XB1 controller and install? Pull the side cover Guards off your controller then peal the stciker under the batter cover to reveal the 5tgh screw. Undo the 5 Screws with Torx T8H screwdriver. Then 2 screws T6H sized screws to remove the circuit board and replace the sticks (easy in out Swap) It is pretty simple.
