Just take apart your XB1 Controller and replace the Buttons How to Open your XB1 controller and install? Pull the side cover Guards off your controller then peal the sticker under the battery cover to reveal the 5th screw. Undo the 5 Screws with Torx T8H screwdriver. Then 9 screws T6H sized screws to remove the circuit board and replace the sticks (easy in out Swap) It is pretty simple.
