An excellent grass that is used as a cover crop between crops. Also used to create beautiful backscapes. This Sudan grass produces heave amounts of organic matter and suppresses weeds. Related to the ryegrass family it can be used for erosion control, green manure, nitrogen scavenging, no till, organic matter (biomass) and weed suppression.
